The Role

The Front Office Coordinator manages the reception and hospitality experience for Veeva’s Toronto office. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, proven time management skills, and the ability to adapt in a daily-changing environment. This position is focused on supporting Workplace Services Manager with projects and daily office operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide the first impression to clients, partners, potential employees, and Veevans; act as an ambassador for the company
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and employees with office-related requests
  • Coordinate onsite or offsite events such as team meetings, lunches, socials, and activities
  • Assist with facility requests, building maintenance, and vendor coordination
  • Organize and maintain reception and common area appearances (restocking items as needed, moving and occasionally organizing and cleaning areas)
