Positions: Front Office Trainee, Guest Relations Trainee, Bellboy Front Office Trainee.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service.
- Undertake check‑in, check‑out and payment transactions.
- Answer telephone calls and handle complaints, arrivals, departures and related functions.
- Remember the daily workload of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and other duties).
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of resorts, facilities, daily events, activities and food & beverage functions to give accurate information to guests.
- Assist guests with check‑in procedures, issue room keys and answer questions with a pleasant smile.
