Front Store Manager

Pharmasave Health Centre #064 (Riverside) is looking for a full-time Front Store Manager to join our team in Penticton, British Columbia .

Responsibilities

• Lead and support initiatives aligned with the store’s strategic objectives.
• Adhere to and promote the Neighbourly Pharmacy policy manual, fostering a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and engages employees.
• Oversee practices related to returns, complaints, store security, and employee discounts, delegating responsibilities where appropriate.
• Manage or delegate responsibilities for cash handling, daily reports, banking, and deposits.
• Ensure proper store opening/closing, alarm activation, and day‑end procedures.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of front store staffing.
