Job Description
As Frontend Central Product Integration Engineering and transformative (CPIE) team at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be leading new initiatives to deliver pioneering process capability, best‑in‑class bits per wafer (Yield) with the highest quality and fastest speed through innovation and collaboration with multi‑functional teams. Your primary focuses include but are not limited to:
- Initiate new data solutions and methodologies: identify process, test, and design improvement opportunities, specialized in UE_ROW & all quality index, Front End‑PTS integration, and high‑value‑bits (PG2+) yield.
- Modeling, monitoring and aiming for tool performance benchmarking.
- Process equipment prognostics and process integration optimization.
