Fulfillment Coordinator I

A CRU Customer Contact Ctr – Fulfillment Analyst I ensures fulfillment of all police records orders from different customer platforms, researches various Law Enforcement Agencies’ websites for accident and/or incident reports, and performs data acquisition and validation following strict business rules.

·Performs routine and recurring assignments such as compiling, and reviewing records

·Demonstrates attention to detail and a heightened sense of urgency in obtaining these records

·Public acquisition of records from one or more sources

·Maintain, update and terminate orders through Order Maintenance

·Maintain and update both internal and client databases

·Process and/or procure police reports online as part of order fulfillment

·Verify order information using internet tools such as maps and other lookup tools

·Perform outbound calls to Police Agencies to update order status, data validation and gathering
