Full-Cycle Bookkeeper

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to support our U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in QuickBooks Online , and be comfortable managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in QuickBooks
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing
Assist with payroll processing and sales tax filings
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards
Communicate with clients to clarify financial information and resolve discrepancies
