Full Stack Development Team Lead
Reports to the Head of Development. Lead a small group of developers while handling hands‑on architectural duties for HubSpot solutions, including websites, custom UI extensions, workflows, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, modular, full‑stack architectures for HubSpot solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Lead front‑end and back‑end development using modern technologies; provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality and performance standards.
