Functional Analyst

We are currently seeking a Functional Analyst / Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Configurator, responsible for translating business needs into concrete CRM solutions configured in Salesforce. This role is central to process transformation and combines: Functional analysis Solution design Salesforce configuration Main responsibilities: Write user stories for the project. Design technical solutions and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Collaborate closely with executives, the Product Owner, the project manager, enterprise architecture, operations, and the project team. Contribute to addressing roadblocks, risks, and external challenges encountered by the team.
