 Our client is a highly reputable, ASX listed commodities trading company.
  About the Role 
 The Functional Support Analyst will work closely with business teams to identify, analyse and document business requirements in relation to system changes and enhancements. They will analyse and resolve L1&2 incidents and service requests, conduct configuration set up, as well as testing of fixes, and producing Business Requirements and functional specifications that document the desired outcome of system enhancements.
