We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Cash Operations Professional to manage daily operational activities including mailbox monitoring, payment processing, and stakeholder reporting. Responsibilities:

  • Mailbox and Query Management: Monitor mailboxes, triage and allocate queries to respective owners

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business processes

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare reports and distribute to banking partners

  • Payment Operations: Process various payment transactions

  • Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives
