Funding Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Funder to support our US mortgage client. The ideal candidate will manage the full closing and funding process, ensure accuracy and compliance of all loan packages, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver timely and successful closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the closing and funding process for the mortgage loan portfolio.
• Ensure all loan documentation and funding requirements are met accurately and within required timelines.
• Work closely with underwriters, loan officers, title companies, and other third‑party partners to ensure all conditions are cleared for funding.
• Prepare loan documents and funding packages accurately and efficiently.
