Responsibilities

• Analyze successful mobile games to generate ideas for new game concepts.
• Create test content such as Playable Ads to validate the initial idea and measure performance.
• Develop the game based on test data.

Qualifications

• No experience required; candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Creative and flexible thinking, not limited by game genre.
• Proficient in making logical decisions and communicating based on data.
• Possesses a challenging spirit, is not afraid of failure, acts quickly, and learns fast.
• Experienced in producing and analyzing casual mobile games.
• Proficient in the Unity engine.
• Understanding of the global market and mobile game trends.
