I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Provides support to internal and external departments through product performance data, reports and analysis, relating to various regular and ad-hoc requirements.
• Identifies opportunities to improve table game and electronic gaming product performance.
• Extracts information by querying databases using pre-existing or freshly created scripts.
• Conducts data manipulation and analysis using query scripts and data analysis applications.
• Handles synthesis of data into insight and provides clear recommendations for product performance improvement.
• Conducts analysis of gaming product performance relating to casino zones, price points, games, and/or layout while providing recommendations for improvement.
• Performs analysis and modelling to identify optimal product supply for given demand.
