Responsibilities
- Perform various reactive and preventative trade-related duties to enable BJF Group to meet and exceed its contractual obligations with clients across multiple estates of varying ages and building types.
- Conduct general plumbing duties, repair works and minor installations of low temperature hot water and heating systems.
- Coordinate with other staff and external contractors to ensure timely and proper completion of works in support of operational expectations.
- Ensure appropriate and timely completion of tasks, followed by submission of all relevant paperwork, job time sheets and any necessary certification.
- Work with the line manager and provide advice and information relating to any technical matters.
- Be commercially aware and be responsible for ordering required materials from suppliers in an efficient manner, following the company's purchasing procedures. ...
