Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused engineer who can confidently undertake planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation works, while ensuring compliance with all health, safety and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver commercial gas, combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works within agreed timeframes.
Carry out fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation on commercial and domestic gas and HVAC systems.
Undertake general building services maintenance including fabric, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC tasks.
Provide call-out response in line with the client call-out rota.
Diagnose and repair system and plant faults, including basic electrical fault finding.
Complete new installations and major and minor repair works to gas and heating systems.
