About the Role
The GBS HSE Intern is responsible for supporting the HSE‑FM team in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills; assist and support in HSE Metrics Reports and Analysis (Summary Reports).
- Follow up on results KPOs of the entire HUBs population through Power Automate.
- Design graphic pieces and HSE campaigns.
- Track expired certifications and register courses according to the instructions of the HSE Leader.
- Review reports with no residual risk and initiate action plans via email to employees.
- Map new hires in the system.
- Process letters of coverage with the Occupational Risk Insurance Company for personnel working abroad.
- Maintain and update the Ergonomics inspection file for compliance.
