The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY. Part of the GDS GCO Enablement team in India, the counsel will work with legal/Global General Counsel’s Office (GCO) attorneys, and support EY’s business on client and vendor contracts. You will provide legal support to the business and become a trusted adviser of stakeholders (often at senior leadership level). You will be expected to assess and understand how risks can be best managed and mitigated.
Your responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include the following: 
Drafting, reviewing, negotiation, finalisation and advisory on client agreements (including statements of work, service agreement and terms & conditions), NDAs, issue lists, bids and proposals, IOMs, subcontractor agreement and other additional documentation related to client issues including risk mitigation/elevation process
