Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and financial recording (mainly cash disbursements journal and general journal)
- Accounting for and payment of credit card transactions
- Prepare monthly accruals and other journal entries
- Reconcile accounts, close books and prepare reports
- Process payment to suppliers
- File tax returns and submit Alpha/Summary Lists
- Accounting for transactions with the Foundation
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Accounting
- With at least 6 months experience
- With experience in General Accounting and taxation (expanded withholding tax)
- Communicates clearly (written and verbal)
- Keen to details
- Analytical thinking
- Exposure to accounting software (Netsuite)
