Seeking a detail oriented General Accountant for a Canadian Manufacturer of garage door and entry door components, for a 3 month, on site temp assignment. This role supports day to day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth month end processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting tasks including posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining general ledger accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist with month end closings, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Support inventory cost accounting, variance tracking, and related reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reports, and documentation for internal review or audit support.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (On site)
