About the Role
The General Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing by preparing reconciliations and ensuring completeness of general ledger accounts, and posting of journal entries, adjusting entries or accruals as needed.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy via preparation of correcting journal entries as necessary.
- Perform bank reconciliations to General Ledger, investigate and resolve discrepancies and assist with cash management activities as required.
