Responsibilities Serves as a General Engineer for the Engineering Services Branch, Installation Management Division, at Columbus (SF-CI). Serves as a technical consultant and advisor in the planning, design, analysis, cost estimation, installation, modification, and improvement of facilities via engineering projects. Performs full life-cycle construction project management from project scope of work definition to construction completion. Surveys existing facilities and infrastructure to determine repair and replacement required, or other alterations necessary, to sustain, restore, modernize, renovate and improve buildings, roads, utilities, etc. Develops construction drawings, designs, specifications, economic analysis and cost estimates.
