**Who will you be working with?**
At Schaefer Equipment, you will work independently or as part of a team to produce high‑quality workpieces. This role involves operating a variety of industrial machines—including hammers, presses, upsetters, bulldozers, shears, drills, and grinders—to complete assigned tasks. You will perform multiple duties throughout the manufacturing process to ensure parts are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a member of Schaefer Equipment, you will be responsible for operating a variety of assigned machines to produce parts according to established specifications and engineering drawings. This role requires reviewing and interpreting blueprints for parts and/or dies to ensure all components are manufactured within quality standards.
