General Maintenance Operative

Job Description We are looking for someone with a solid background in facilities maintenance, particularly in undertaking PPMs and reactive works across mechanical, electrical and fabric disciplines. You will need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts including days and nights, possess strong general H&S knowledge, and have the ability to turn your hand to a wide range of practical tasks. Key Responsibilities Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks as instructed by the MTL/FM. Undertake reactive maintenance activities, including H&S repairs, flood response, power loss issues, vandalism, lighting and fabric repairs. Become competent in the operation of the site's BMS and planned maintenance systems. Assist retailers in resolving maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, lighting faults, access problems...
