General Manager Assistant (Calgary)

COMPENSATION: Base Salary $65,000.

Quarterly Performance Bonus tied directly to:

• Office insurer scorecard performance
• 48‑hour audit completion compliance
• Documentation accuracy and defensibility
• Escalation and risk detection discipline
• Client follow‑up and survey execution

Bonus eligibility requires maintaining insurer score above minimum threshold (80%) and meeting audit standards. Hard standards. No exceptions.

ROLE PURPOSE

The GMA acts as the final documentation and compliance gate before invoicing, closeout, and escalation. You ensure work is accurate, complete, defensible, contractually compliant, and aligned with internal standards. This is a pass/fail function – not a negotiation function.
