About you
You are a proven General Manager who has led a significant business or business unit of real substance and complexity. You have held full P&L accountability exceeding $50M across both revenue and cost performance.
You have worked in a regulated, quality critical manufacturing environment where cleanliness and quality are key such as pharmaceutical /food / packaging manufacturing or similar.
You bring a strong mix of commercial, operational and leadership capability. You have owned major customer relationships, led pricing and contract discussions, and know how to translate strategy into disciplined execution across operations, service delivery and customer performance.
