Responsibilities
Lead and scale organizations Mexico operations with full accountability for growth, execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Build a strong local operating model for project execution, commissioning, customer support, and future expansion.
Develop the Mexico supply chain strategy, including supplier identification, qualification, localization, and performance management.
Build a reliable network of suppliers, subcontractors, and service partners across mechanical, electrical, controls, fabrication, and installation.
Lead end-to-end execution of automation and logistics projects from planning and sourcing through installation, commissioning, launch, and handover.
Report to organizations USA team all operational and financial information as mandated.
