Job Description
Reporting into executive leadership, the General Manager will lead the overall performance and growth of the consultancy. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial engagement across key clients and projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the growth strategy for the business as it scales nationally.
Identify opportunities across utilities, energy infrastructure, resources, and industrial markets.
Ensure the organisation remains positioned at the front end of major infrastructure and energy projects.


Commercial & Client Leadership
Build and maintain senior relationships with asset owners, utilities, EPC contractors, and infrastructure developers.
