General Manager - Joels Restaurant

Joel’s Restaurant is seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our busy, high-volume restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding food and customer service.

Excellent package of €80k plus performance bonus

About The Role

The successful candidate will oversee all areas of the restaurant, lead and develop the team, maintain excellent operational standards and drive the continued performance of the business. The ideal candidate will have previous senior restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of labour and cost controls, and the ability to create a positive, professional and guest-focused experience!
