General Manager

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced General Manager of a restaurant & bar for one of our well-established clients in Co. Kerry.

As General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the restaurant’s and bars success, both operationally and commercially. In your role you will be required to lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives & marketing efforts, and enhance customer loyalty.

You will be required to manage operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, ensuring both cost control and top-tier service; Foster efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets and to ensure excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations.
