Job Description General Manager's primary responsibility and accountability includes providing an exceptional customer experience while leading and maintaining day-to-day operations of the store in compliance with established policies and procedures. The General Manager plans and implements daily operations of the collision center to ensure that overall KPI's and insurance metrics are met. They coach and empower team members, promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers, and play a pivotal role in the customer's experience by ensuring alignment with the team.
