 Salary: €100,000 gross per year + bonus + car

 We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening and further operation of a newly launched luxury lifestyle hotel in Sintra.  
 As General Manager, you will be the strategic leader of this extraordinary property, responsible for delivering an unparalleled guest experience, driving commercial success, and fostering strong relationships with owners, brand partners, and the team. You will oversee all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, People & Culture, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Reservations, and Maintenance.
