General Manager (Monterrey)

ResponsibilitiesBe the leader of U.S. Pipe Mexico (i.e., Metalfit) to ensure that the business unit is profitable, performing well, and positioned well for future growth.
This will include management of the team's commercial processes for fittings and industrial castings (including pricing, product innovation, customer complain resolution, and similar topics).
It also includes responsibility to direct the Company's manufacturing operations to produce fittings and industrial castings.Introduces new processes and procedures to improve quality, increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
Assists with the formulation of manufacturing plans, objectives and development of manufacturing products and budgets with overall fiscal responsibilities.
This will also require oversight of HR and other administrative functions currently conducted in Monterrey, Mexico.The position will need to work closely with the commercial, operations, and support .
