General Manager is expected to oversee the operational elements of the warehouse and distribution operation through the effective and pro-active management of all associated resources. Significant experience in a senior management role Direct dealings with the customer General Management experience in Construction Company/Distribution Delivery of financial targets over a year In addition, you must have the following: o Exceptional drive and energy o Leadership skills o Ability to communicate at all levels, including strong persuasive and influencing ability o Presentation skills o Commercial acumen, with a strong focus on customer service o Ability to manage and drive change – good PR skills o Vision – able to balance daily operations with long term strategy o Computer literacy
