General Manager - Planned Pathways

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to take on an exciting leadership role within our Division, leading a broad portfolio of surgical services including ENT, Oral Surgery, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Endoscopy.

The post holder will provide strategic and operational leadership across these services, working closely with clinical and corporate colleagues to deliver high-quality, efficient patient care. Each specialty will have an established operational lead, all of whom will report directly to this role, ensuring strong day-to-day management and delivery within each area.

A key focus of the role will be driving elective recovery and ensuring sustainable service delivery within agreed financial envelopes. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting and delivering divisional transformation programmes, helping to improve productivity, performance, and patient outcomes across the portfolio.
