We are looking to secure a new GM to train in our flagship site and then relocate to our Ibiza site in February 2022. We are really looking for a super star to help us succeed with the expansion of our restaurant space. You will need to be a leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent organically. This is about the guest, so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest.

As Restaurant Manager, you will create an exciting work atmosphere to motivate your team and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
