General Manager Sanitation

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervising the sanitation operation at facility and ensuring that the production building meets all USDA and internal requirements, and that daily production begins on time. The role also involves ensuring that all Sanitation Team Members possess and demonstrate the knowledge to follow all applicable personal chemical handling and food safety procedures. You would be reporting directly to the plant manager and supervises 50+ team members. This job position is for 3rd Shift.
