We seek a super brilliant leader to run our Lounge, ensuring each shift delivers a fantastic customer experience and an outstanding workplace for the community. /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Lead your team to deliver 14 great shifts each week. /li li Own the Lounge operations and create an amazing, unique environment for staff and guests. /li li Ensure every customer leaves happy. /li li Manage KPIs, labour, stock, food safety, customer sentiment and budget in line with brand standards. /li li Deliver training and recruitment for front of house staff up to Assistant Manager level. /li /ul h3 Qualifications /h3 ul li Current or previous role as General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Restaurant Manager. /li li Background in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops. /li li Experience managing a bar environment with freshly made food and drinks. /li li Proficient in managing through clear KPIs, m...
