Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Preparing monthly sales plan based on N+2 UEOB ( Unexecuted Order book ) after discussion with all regions sales heads and then coordinating with factory planners for finalizing monthly production plan. Releasing MRP ( Material requirement planning) as per sales plan in time to ensure availability of raw material as per agreed monthly production plan . Ensure debottlenecking of operations which creates bottleneck for achieving monthly sales / production budgets Ensure 100% capacity utilization of all production units and loading plant as per maximum value creation.
