Overview

We’re looking for a high‑impact General Manager to lead our food laboratory operations across two key sites in Trowbridge and Sittingbourne.

This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, people, and P&L, where you’ll play a key part in shaping site strategy, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

You’ll be a visible leader across both locations, working closely with Laboratory Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure performance, quality, and culture are consistently strong.
