General Manager

This position isresponsible for providing strategic leadership over end-to-end manufacturingoperations and full Profit and Loss accountability across plastic injectionmoulding, liquid silicone rubber (LSR), and assembly functions. The roleoversees the complete manufacturing lifecycle, including lead generation,customer qualification, technical evaluation, tooling transfer, materialsprocurement, mass production, quality assurance, and final packing anddelivery. The General Manager is also accountable forupholding corporate governance, ensuring workplace safety, driving operationalefficiency, and fostering positive employee morale, while consistently meetingcustomer expectations in quality, delivery, and cost.
