Role Summary The role owns the end-to-end strategy, sourcing, and lifecycle management of the organization’s software and cloud spend (SaaS, on‑prem licenses, maintenance, and consumption-based services). This leader drives cost optimization, risk/compliance assurance, commercial innovation, Category Procurement Operations, and supplier performance while enabling the business to adopt the right technologies, fast and safely. The role partners closely with IT (CIO, Enterprise Architecture), Security (CISO), Legal, Finance/FP&A, Internal Audit, and Business Units to align supplier portfolios with enterprise priorities.
