This is a hands-on outdoor role supporting our collection crews and site teams, helping to keep our services running safely, efficiently and professionally. You will be part of a team that plays an important role in delivering a dependable service to our customers while supporting Pandas wider commitment to resource recovery, recycling and environmental responsibility. What youll be doing Collecting and returning customers bins along designated routes. Supporting early morning collections, with early starts and early finishes. Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently. Moving, stacking and handling materials in line with safe working practices. Working outdoors as part of a busy, team-focused operation.
