General Operative – Kettering

We have an amazing opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics group, considered to be the leader in its field.


Pay rate £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, occasional OT with enhanced rate


Are looking for a permanent position? Then this could be the role for you, as our clients grows, they are looking to expand their own team. The site has been in operation 4 months and want general operatives who are willing to pitch in and complete any duty to keep the warehouse running smoothly.


Shifts General Operative:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 06.30-14.30

  • 14.00-22.00

  • 08.00-16.30

  • Standard 8 hours per day

    • Pay:

  • £12.71 per hour

  • Uplift on Late shift

  • Paid weekly

    • Main Duties Reach Operative:

  • Unloading lorries

  • Handballing

  • Pick / pack
