General Practitioner (GP) Hereford GP Hub

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable General Practitioners to join the Hereford GP Hub, an evolving and innovative service delivering accessible, high-quality care across Herefordshire.

The Hereford GP Hub offers a blend of face-to-face and virtual appointments, giving GPs the opportunity to work in a flexible, modern care model that supports patients with timely access to treatment and advice. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs),you will playa central role in delivering responsive, patient-centred care.

This role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, with a balanced mix of face-to-face and virtual consultations across the week. As part of a revised rota model.
