Position Specific Requirements
The General Technician (for PM site) is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment, and physical structures. This role involves performing routine inspections, responding to emergency repair requests, and ensuring that all facilities remain safe, functional, and efficient.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency in at least two trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or masonry).
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools safely.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to diagnose equipment failures and determine the most cost-effective repair method.
