The applicant will have: a background highly specialized in early elementarya familiarity with programs like SRSD, UFLI and Story Champsan understanding of the difference between Tier 1, 2 and 3 supportsstrong classroom management trauma informed training or backgroundan ability to build rapport with students in multiple classes experience working with a diverse set of student needs and providing appropriate programming for those students the ability to differentiate instruction the ability to work as a team with Educational Assistants and other staff members Our school has approximately 240 students from K-12, 18 teaching staff, and 17 support staff.
