About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Geotechnical and Earthworks Manager to lead and oversee all geotechnical soil testing, slope stability and earthworks activities for major rail and tunnelling projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of hands‑on experience in geotechnical engineering, earthworks execution and quality control, ensuring safe, cost‑effective and compliant delivery of complex infrastructure works.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design and execution of geotechnical and earthworks works for rail and tunnelling projects.
- Manage and coordinate site investigations, soil sampling and laboratory testing programs.
- Perform slope stability analyses and develop mitigation and ground improvement strategies.
