What will you do in this role?

You will lead fleet maintenance operations through actions such as:

• Selecting, training, developing, and motivating a team of up to 25 mechanics and fabricators.
• Administering an operating budget of approximately $1M, ensuring cost-effective and timely maintenance.
• Evaluating and improving commercial garage services, inspecting the fleet's mechanical, paint, and body condition on a regular basis.
• Providing vendors, mechanics, and fabricators with work instructions for necessary repairs, ensuring timely completion.
• Reviewing and approving invoices for maintenance services and supplies, maintaining accurate records per corporate and regulatory requirements.
