FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:
Inscrire les patients aux divers programmes de ICP.
Gérer la navigation du remboursement des patients et assurer la coordination des liens entre les programmes d’Innomar et les programmes externes, les patients, l’équipe de la pharmacie, les partenaires et les médecins.
Traiter et obtenir les AS ou la couverture d’assurance pour les patients (p. ex., gérer les communications avec les fournisseurs publics et privés).
