Responsibilities focus on leading all innovation and new product launch projects, from concept to market launch.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with co‑manufacturers, including trials, start‑ups, production follow‑ups, and issue resolution.
- Manage the administrative and financial tracking of funded projects, providing technical and financial reports to government bodies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (R&D, production, quality assurance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
